FRENCH-SPEAKING FILM FESTIVAL
This 3th French-speaking Film Festival in Angoulême will take place from August 25-29, 2010

During this 4-day Festival, 8 films from Quebec, Belgium, Africa and France are in competition.
The aim of this Festival is to launch the French cinematographic season, reinforcing Angoulême, and the department’s, position in producing audiovisual works. 

These French-speaking films will be shown at the CGR and in the projection rooms at the CIBDI. An opening and closing film will be presented in a sneak-preview in the French-speaking film cinemas of Angoulême.
 

4 prizes will be awarded by the jury. These prizes are all called ”Valois” referring to Angoulême’s historical past.
     - the Valois for best film,
     - the Valois awarded by the public,
     - the Valois for best actor,
     - the Valois for best actress
