For 6 years now, this has been organized by the Free Community of Municipalities of Pougne-Hérisson-Montemboeuf and the ADAPEI (association for mentally handicapped children). This Festival of the “unexpected” blends street art, circus acts, music and theatre. It is proud to boast its originality by presenting the unexpected.

There will be numerous groups present this year, including:
     - Percussion concerts with “Les poumpas”, “Tam-Tam Long”
     - Young musician concerts with “Les p’tits Musicos”
     - Circus acts with troups such as “Les acrobacirques”, “Les Blues Brothers” and “Spirales Blues”
     - Shows and theatre sketches with “Les paladins de la Tour”, “La main dans le chapeau”, “CIE Paroles”
     - ambling “bandas” (festive marching brass and drum bands typical of southwest France)

This Festival is an opportunity to break down any barriers we have created towards the mentally handicapped thanks to cultural activities, proving that even those who are “different” are capable of emotions and warmth.
