1/10 apple syrup
4/10 orange juice
3/10 pear liquor

Pour the ingredients into a shaker with a small amount of ice, shake hard and serve in glasses

COGNAC FIZZ
2 parts Cognac
1 part lemon juice

Pour the ingredients in to a shaker, mix well and serve with ice.
