of Technology. The CRITT plays a role of interface
between business and competency centres; it takes the
special requirements of businesses into account and provides
surveys, technical and financial studies, testing, production
control and training courses. It provides technology development
consulting also. |

The Food and Farming
CRITT in Poitou-Charentes is specialised in the design
and management of Industrial Development projects.
Since it was created, it has been developing its specialised
centres along a number of transverse themes such as
quality, food safety, product formulation, new
technologies and nutrition.
It carries out technological
diagnoses of innovation and development projects. Its
team of technological advisers identifies know-how in
other locations as well as transferable technological
solutions on behalf of companies, it establishes contacts
between industry managers and experts and co-ordinates
projects in the operational phase.
