The objective of these networks is, besides meeting and exchanging ideas (projects, legal and financial modelling, etc...), to allow reproducibility between territories.
At the President's network meeting, a debate is organised on a core subject or a news item, during dinner. The meetings are held in the territories or in the various Agency members' facilities.
