14 December 2006: review of the financial implications of the French business tax reform
- Broadening scope of contracts currently being drawn up, in particular the draft operational programmes FEDER/FEADER.

31st May 2006: Assessment of inter-district links in Charente after ten or more years of existence (structures, expertise, tax system, financial capacity, ability to drive development, change etc.). General Operating Grants 2006, Business Tax 2000/2006.

28 June 2005: Feasibility of supra-community economic areas. Presentation of the Bel Air exhibition centre by the ComAGA (Greater Angoulême Council), Presentation and development of the County Council's Cycle Plan and the ComAGA's cycling circuits. Visit of the filming location of a TV drama series (SOS 18) and discussion about the creation of a "Drama production centre" with the installation of companies involved in complementary missions (studio, technical services, etc…).

9 December 2004 (with the agents' network): The Law of 13 August 2004 on local liberties and responsibilities, participation of Mr. Heumel from the ADCF (Federation of French Local Authorities).

Skills available in the communities: reference to the recent, more restrictive stand taken by the DGCL - General Directorate of Local Authorities - and the possible response made by our network in conjunction with the ADCF - Assemblée des Communautés de France [Federation of French Local Authorities]
The impact made by skills on the DGF: comments based on the Charente Développement memo of June 2003 addressing the DGF 2003.
The European Fund Objective 2: the position regarding remaining credits following the latest regional committee (more credits on the transitional zones) presented by Maryam AUGE, European Spokesperson for the General Council.
