Facilitating relocation
and development of companies
Our principal missions:
Accompanying
Cognac companies in their development projects, in partnership
with consular organisations.
Facilitating
the start-up of new businesses or the relocation of
external companies.
To carry out these missions effectively, a number of
lines of reflection are laid down, particularly in order
to:
Formulate
proposals for action which will expose the advantages
of the territory.
Define
lines of prospection most appropriate to the Cognaçais.
Charente Développement manages the “Entreprendre
autour de Cognac” (Enterprise in Cognac) network,
made up of Communities of Local Districts from Cognac,
from the Châteauneuf, Grande Champagne, Jarnac
and Rouillacais regions, the Cognac Chamber of Commerce
and Industry, the CMA16 (Cognac Trades Campus) and Charente
Développement.
The objective is to pool resources in order to carry
out promotional and PR initiatives, while federating
all of the stakeholders involved in the economic development
of the Western Charente.
